The solution: An interactive, multi-platform virtual tour
Our proposal took the form of a 360º virtual tour that acts as a bridge between new talent and the company. Through immersive images of the headquarters in Madrid, users can freely navigate the facilities, interact with key information points and participate in integrated game dynamics that reinforce the learning of corporate values.
To maximise the emotional impact, the solution incorporates video clips in which future managers and colleagues personally welcome new recruits. This experience is completely versatile: a web version was developed that can be accessed from any browser or device, as well as a version optimised for virtual reality headsets, taking the feeling of presence and belonging to the highest level.

Key findings
The implementation of this virtual tour has marked a milestone in Santalucía’s Human Resources strategy. By digitising the physical tour, the company has optimised its logistical resources, allowing any employee, regardless of their geographical location, to feel part of the head office from the outset. This not only reinforces employer branding, but also significantly reduces the anxiety associated with the first days of work.
The end result is a much more agile, dynamic and, above all, human integration process. New talent arrives at their post with prior knowledge of the space and the faces of their colleagues, which facilitates immediate socialisation. With this solution, Santalucía positions itself at the forefront of technology applied to people management, turning onboarding into a competitive advantage.
