The solution: XR showroom and interactive 3D digital twin for real-time telemetry simulation
We have developed a cross-platform web platform (accessible via PC, mobile devices and VR devices) that recreates an industrial warehouse in 3D, featuring five interactive replicas of the BIGLIA B750SM model. The solution includes a detailed digital twin that accurately emulates the machine’s components, its integrated sensors and the data flows relevant to predictive simulation.
Through an interactive 360° interface, users can explore the machinery, view specific components and see how alerts and predictive maintenance messages are triggered based on simulated data. In addition, the Cisco team was trained to ensure effective sales demonstrations and to tailor the experience to different customer profiles.

Key findings
The implementation of the 3D digital twin provided Cisco with an extremely powerful commercial and innovation tool, capable of capturing the attention of potential customers both at its demonstration centres (Cisco DTC) and at global events such as GITEX in Dubai. By transforming complex telemetry and sensor data into an intuitive visual representation, the platform made the technology easier to understand and accelerated the demonstration of return on investment in Industry 4.0 projects.
As well as enhancing the value of the ecosystem as a whole, the solution removed physical barriers by enabling remote interaction via a simple web link or VR devices. The staff training and knowledge transfer ensured that the Cisco team could deliver compelling demonstrations, positioning the brand as a pioneer in the development of sustainable, efficient and technologically advanced solutions.
