The solution: Immersive environment that replicates every valve and protocol
We developed a Virtual Reality simulation for Meta Quest 3 headsets that faithfully recreates the interior and exterior of the tanks, the tools, and the working conditions. The scenario guides users step by step: component identification, visual inspection, incident reporting, and application of safety protocols.
The application evaluates each action in real time, logs critical errors, and provides immediate feedback. A complementary web platform allows trainers to review session metrics, identify areas for improvement, and track each worker’s progress.

- Compatibility with VR headsets (Meta Quest)
- Touch Controllers for precise interaction with virtual tools
- 1:1 Physics and Modeling of the tank and its key valves
- Integrated Evaluation Module with error tracking
Key Results
The immersive training allowed Spirit Energy to certify new technicians without interrupting real tank operations, reducing logistical costs and associated risks. Trainers report that operators enter the real environment with greater confidence and a stronger grasp of procedures.
Additionally, the analysis of data collected through the web platform supports continuous improvement: guides have been optimized, redundant steps removed, and preventive measures reinforced — all contributing to raising the company’s overall safety standards.
