Thanks to the collaboration between AUC, BMB, and Laserfiche, a comprehensive content services platform was designed and implemented, transforming how the university manages information. At the core of the solution was Laserfiche, a powerful document management and process automation platform, selected for its ability to integrate with AUC’s existing systems (such as Banner and SAP) and scale institution-wide.
Intelligent workflows were designed to automate key processes in critical departments such as the Office of the Registrar, General Secretariat, Security, and Management Control.
