The challenge: Connecting thousands of employees with abstract data on the company\u2019s innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The main challenge lay in presenting abstract projects and complex initiatives relating to innovation, investment and work-life balance to a highly diverse internal audience. During its annual event in Copenhagen, Continental needed to capture the attention of attendees in a highly crowded exhibition environment, where it was difficult to engage the interest of non-specialist staff from different sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, it was essential to ensure that communication was neither one-way nor passive. A dynamic approach was required to maximise the time spent at the stand, encouraging teamwork and active collaboration amongst participants so that they could take on board the company\u2019s overall vision and strategic data in an engaging way.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
