The challenge: Connecting with customers through a memorable and personalised brand experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To mark the launch of its patented ingredient Thiamidol\u00ae, Nivea organised the immersive Luminous630\u00ae Lab event in Madrid. The main business objective was to translate the complex scientific benefits of its anti-dark spot formula into an accessible, engaging and memorable experience for the media, influencers and end consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve this, the brand needed a dynamic tool capable of capturing the attention of visitors at the \u2018Skin Test\u2019 station, assessing their specific skin needs in real time and providing personalised guidance on their purchasing decisions. The main challenge was to connect with users on an emotional and educational level, ensuring that the technology reinforced Nivea\u2019s credibility, trustworthiness and premium image.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
