The challenge: Managing growing donations and administrative services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The American University of Beirut (AUB)<\/a> faced a major challenge as it launched a $650 million fundraising campaign over five years: efficiently managing thousands of donations and their documentation. At the same time, the Lebanese American University (LAU)<\/a> aimed to modernize its academic and administrative services in response to the expectations of increasingly digital-native students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both institutions shared the need to improve efficiency, transparency, and sustainability in their internal processes, replacing manual tasks, disconnected systems, and excessive paper use that limited scalability and user experience.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Today, thanks to automation, they can complete and submit forms online from their mobile devices and receive responses quickly. We\u2019ve reduced processing times from weeks to hours, cut down on paper usage, and achieved a true digital transformation focused on mobility and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
