CONSTRUMADERA VR
Virtual Reality Simulator for vocational training
The National Reference Centre for Wood and Cork Transformation and Installation, supported by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, has led the initiative to incorporate innovation through the virtual reality simulator, CONSTRUMADERA VR.
This educational tool has arisen in response to the need to provide students of professional certificates and training cycles with an interactive and practical platform for acquiring fundamental skills in the assembly and installation of wooden structures.
The pilot test carried out with Carpentry and Furniture students has revealed the effectiveness of this solution, laying the foundations for its implementation and use in the educational field. The positive attention and interest shown during the pilot test supports the vision of transforming teaching with a tool that not only educates, but also captivates through virtual reality and gamification.
